F11987FFFFE6FF8255CDF91EFC88FE2B.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis Among the genera of Ecliminae, Cyrtomyia shows similarities to Eclimus Loew and Palintonus François, as these three groups lack the strongly developed prothorax that is present in Lepidophora Westwood and Marmasoma White. However, the closest morphological similarities are observed between Cyrtomyia and Lepidophora. To separate these two genera, the bare postpedicel, weakly developed prothorax, male eyes set more closely together (Fig. 2), and lack of spatulate scales observed in Cyrtomyia are easy to observe.	en	Lamas, Carlos José Einicker, Rodrigues, Paula Fernanda Motta (2013): Review Of Cyrtomyia Bigot (Diptera, Bombyliidae, Ecliminae) With A Key To The Neotropical Genera Of Ecliminae And Cyrtomyia Species.
