Figs. 1–5</p><p>Holotype ♂, paratype ♀, China, Hainan, <a href="https://tb.plazi.org/GgServer/search?materialsCitation.longitude=110.083336&amp;materialsCitation.latitude=19.3" title="Search Plazi for locations around (long 110.083336/lat 19.3)">Tunchang</a> 19º18´N, 110º05´E, 2017-3-28, collected by Cao Cheng-Quan.</p><p>Male Head, pronotum and fore wing with strong luster. Head black with a narrow white band along inner margin of eye. Width of vertex 1.5 times diameter of eye. Antennae black, 10 joints, length of third joint 1.5 times width. Ocellus somewhat larger. Pronotum black with a triangle white band from lateral margin to posterior angle. Fore wing black. Hind wing longer than fore wing white. Fore leg and mid leg black. Femur of hind leg black, with a small white marking near knee, upper side without white spot. Hind tibiae, black, with 3 (inside) and 4 (outside) pairs of articulated lamellae, metatarsus absent. Abdominal tergum black, and sternum black. Cercus two-segments and stylus dark. Epiproct black, with a longitudinal sulcus in the middle.</p><p>Female. Body larger than male. Width of vertex 2.0 times diameter of eye. 8 th sternum with a small obvious notch on the middle of posterior margin. Other as same as male.</p><p>Measurement (in mm): Length of body: ♂ 4.9, ♀ 5.9. Length of tegmina: ♂ 1.6, ♀ 1.8. Length of hind femora ♂ 3.4, ♀ 3.9.</p><p>Diagnosis.
