Kwon 2021	<div><p>Genus Koreoneura Hossain et J. Kwon, gen. nov.</p><p>Type species. Koreoneura eunyeopae Hossain et J. Kwon, sp. nov.</p><p>Type locality. Korea .</p><p>Description. Body elongate, robust; head distinctly narrower than pronotum; crown medially wider than eyes, uniform to slightly produced at middle (Figs. 4–5). Eyes long, ovoid; ocelli absent, distinct vestiges present as paired pits on face well ventrad of crown margin, closer to eyes than to each other (Figs. 6–7). Pronotum broadened compared to head and scutellum, widened posteriorly, anterior margin of pronotum between eyes strongly produced, at hind margin excavated, on side rounded (Figs. 6–7). Face longer than broad, in profile rather convex, weekly depressed. Anteclypeus broad at base, projecting beyond margin of gena; frontal suture reaching ocellar pits; rostrum tapered (Figs. 6–7). Forewing more or less parallel sided, apical part rounded, without closed anteapical cells, R with two branches originating distad of mid-length, not divergent posteriorly, M with anterior branch straight (Fig. 9). Hindwing with submarginal vein complete but weakly developed along costal margin (Fig. 10). Front femur with dorsoapical pair of macrosetae; AM1 large, on ventral margin; intercalary row with 8–9 setae; tibia row AV with 8 macrosetae (Fig. 16). Middle femur without PD; tibia without preapical macrosetae. Hind femur macrosetae 2+1+1; tibial chaetotaxy AD: 18–19, PD: 11–12, AV: 4–5, PV: 32–36 smaller basal and 12–14 larger distal setae, with api- cal transverse row of 6–7spines; hind basitarsus as long as tarsomeres II and III combined, subtriangularly pointed apically, with dorsoapical pair of macrosetae and a row of 5 smaller ventral setae (Figs. 17–19).</p><p>Male genitalia. Pygofer lobe triangular, appendages absent, with group of long setae at apex (Fig. 8). Subgenital plate with longitudinal row of strong macrosetae. Genital valve large, with median longitudinal ridge on inside. Style elongate and narrowed distally, without preapical lobe, with long sickle-shaped apex (Fig. 14). Connective poorly sclerotized, I-shaped (Fig. 15). Kwon 2021	<div><p>Koreoneura eunyeopae Hossain et J. Kwon, gen. et sp. nov.</p><p>(Figs. 4–15; 16–19)</p><p>Description. Biggest microleafhopper so far reported from East Asia; general body color brownish orange with black markings, darker in fresh specimens; head much narrower than pronotum, crown with 2 black submedial spots, short and broad, anterior and posterior margin more or less parallel. Pronotum broadened compared to head and scutellum, widened posteriorly, with anterior margin roundly produced, posterior margin a little concave. Frontoclypeus broadly bordered laterally with dark brown in color, anteclypeus and gena dark brown, lorum and rostrum yellowish brown. Forewing orange, apical portion hyaline; hindwing subhyaline. Second abdominal sternal apodeme in male with posterior lobes well developed, reaching to end of 4th sternite.</p><p>Male genitalia. As described for genus.</p><p>Length. Male 5.3–5.5mm, female 5.5–5.7mm.</p><p>Type material. Holotype male, Korea, Jeonnam Province: Mt. Mudeungsan, on Cornus coreana, 26.VII.1981, Y.J. Kwon; paratypes, 13 males and 14 females, same data as holotype; 6 females, Korea, Gyeongbuk Province, Mt. Sambongsan, 14.VIII.1997; 5 males &amp; 5 females, Korea, Gyeongbuk Province, Angang -eup, VII. 24. 2019; all same host and collector.</p><p>Distribution. Korea (South).</p><p>Etymology. The species is named in honor of Dr. Eun Yeop Huh, who first identified the species in Korea.</p><p>Host plant. Cornus coreana .</p><p>Remarks. Second sternal apodeme in male with posterior lobes well developed.</p><p>Male genitalia. Pygofer lobe without setae, widely rounded at apex, with rectangular excision on dorsal margin under anal tube. Subgenital plate moderate in length, about twice as long as genital valve, with outer margin concave; small setae in one oblique row running from base of dorsal margin to middle of ventral margin. Style widened and truncate at apical tip, bearing lateral angular projections, inner of which much stronger developed than outer one. Connective T-shaped, its base and branches of about equal length, base somewhat widened backwards. Body with specific bright color pattern. General coloration yellowish orange; crown bright yellow, with a pair of conspicuous brown dots; pronotum and scutellum yellowish with some hypodermal brownish markings.</p><p>Pronotum with anterior margin roundly produced, posterior margin almost straight; scuteller suture prominent. Forewing elongate, yellowish orange with brownish darkening along costal margin and at apex of clavus; claval suture lightened; apical cell hyaline. Second abdominal sternal apodeme in male with posterior lobes well sclerotized, rounded apically.</p><p>Male genitalia. Pygofer lobe with dorsal margin convex medially; caudodorsal margin roundly produced apically without bristles. Subgenital plate moderate, twice as long as genital valve; outer margin concave, roundly produced apically, with 4 macrosetae at lateral surface and several rows of microsetae. Style flattened and truncate apically, bearing lateral angular projections; connective T-shaped, equal length of its base and branches. Aedeagal shaft tubular, flattened medially, gradually narrowing with blunt apex, semicircularly bent in lateral view; gonopore apical on ventral surface.</p><p>Length. Male 3.9–4.1mm, female 4.2–4.4 mm.</p><p>29. Aedeagus, lateral view.</p><p>Material examined. Korea, Gangwon Province: 1 male &amp; 7 females, Mt. Odaesan, 19.IX.1982 , Y.J. Kwon; 1 male &amp; 5 females, Mt. Seoraksan, 29.VII.1982 ; 1 female, same locality, 30. VI.1984, all same collector.</p><p>Distribution. Korea (new record: Central), Japan (Honshu), Russia (European part, Maritime Territory), Europe.</p><p>Host plants. Fraxinus sp. (cf. Gnezdilov, 2014), Siringa amurensis (cf. Dworakowska, 1993b) Syringa henryi (cf. Gnezdilov, 2014; Gnezdilov et al., 2008; Söderman, 2005), Syringa josikaea, Syringa persica (cf. Söderman, 2005), Syringa reflexa (cf.
