Head black with a median groove and three spines; the hind pair very long testaceous, decumbent, apressede to head along inner margin of eyes; a single frontal spine very short, testaceous, directed forward. Antennae very long, slender, testaceous, with the apical joint black and pilose; segment I extremely long, II very short, III very long, slender, more than three and one-halftimes as long as IV, I two times as long as IV, the latter black with the basal portion pale. Bucculae testaceous, closed in front; rostral channel shallow. Rostrum short extending a little beyond prosternum, black, yellowish at tip. Pronotum ferrugineous, closely punctured, tricarinate, the outer carinae not very distinct and becoming obsolete in front, indistinctly reticulate; median carina higher than lateral, composed of one row of small areolae. The triangular portion yellowish. Collar distinct, reticulate, testaceous, slightly elevated with median carina. Elytra very elongate, narrow, ferrugineous to dark fuscous, the costal area testaceous. Costal area composed of one row of large areolae and rectangular in form, the lateral margins faintly serrate; subcostal area narrower, biseriate; discoidal area not reaching the middle, five areolae deep in widest part.
