Carapace smooth, without apparent elevation, 1.24 times longer than broad, with a total of 31 setae, including seven near anterior margin and nine near posterior margin; four lyrifissures near the eyes, two lyrifissures near posterior margin; epistome small, triangular, with pointed top (Figs 3 E, 4 C); four well-developed eyes. Chelicera (Figs 3 B, 4 B). Hand with seven setae and one lyrifissure, movable finger with one seta; fixed finger with 10 teeth, movable finger with 18 teeth; serrula exterior with 31 lamellae, serrula interior with 35 lamellae; galea well-developed, divided into three main branches, each branch secondarily divided into two terminal rami (Fig. 3 C); rallum consisting of six blades, all with anteriorly directed spinules, the basalmost blade shortest (Fig. 3 D). Male of this new species is similar to Stenohya hainanensis Guo & Zhang, 2016, S. xiningensis, S. gruberi (Ćurčić, 1983), S. kashmirensis (Schawaller, 1988), S. mahnerti Schawaller, 1994, S. martensi (Schawaller, 1987), but can be distinguished as follows: pedipalpal femur length 1.48 mm (2.13 mm in S. gruberi), pedipalpal femur 5.29 times longer than broad (6.42 times in S. xiningensis), pedipalpal patella 4.03 times longer than broad (3.44 – 3.71 times in S. hainanensis, 2.60 times in S. kashmirensis, 3.20 times in S. mahnerti, 5.60 times in S. martensi) (Schawaller 1987, 1988, 1994; Zhao et al. 2011; Guo & Zhang 2016). Unfortunately, adult male of this new species has not been found during the field work, only adult females, deutonymphs and protonymphs were described here. The female of this new species can be distinguished from all other species, except for Stenohya harveyi Zhao, Guo & Zhang, 2025, S. cordata Zhao, Guo & Zhang, 2025, S. polygonia Zhao, Guo & Zhang, 2025, S. ungulata Zhao, Guo & Zhang, 2025, S. huangi and S. pengae, by having a rugby-shaped chelal hand. S. fortuna sp. nov. differs from these species as follows: apex of pedipalpal coxa with five long setae (seven in S. polygonia, four in S. huangi); pedipalpal femur smooth (femur with a few tubercles prolaterally in S. ungulata); fixed chelal finger with 104 – 111 pointed teeth (73 – 74 in S. harveyi, 89 – 93 in S. ungulata, 63 – 69 in S. huangi, 66 – 79 in S. pengae); pedipalpal femur 5.39 – 6.75 times as long as broad (4.68 – 4.90 times in S. harveyi, 4.30 – 4.54 times in S. cordata, 4.57 – 4.63 times in S. polygonia, 4.68 – 5.06 times in S. ungulata); pedipalpal patella 4.62 – 4.91 times as long as broad (2.93 – 3.23 times in S. cordata, 3.83 – 3.93 times in S. pengae); pedipalpal movable finger 1.08 times longer than hand without pedicel (1.50 – 1.53 times in S. harveyi, 1.44 – 1.69 times in S. cordata, 1.49 – 1.59 times in S. polygonia, 1.52 – 1.53 times in S. ungulata, 1.26 – 1.38 times in S. pengae) (Zhao et al. 2025 Hu & Zhang 2012).	en	Xiang, Liqi, Zhang, Feng, Guo, Xiangbo (2025): Two new species of Stenohya Beier, 1967 from China (Pseudoscorpiones: Neobisiidae).
