4C5B92029F4AFFD9FF22FEE8DDA2F878.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. Because of the yellowish gaster (Figs 6 C, D) and fore wing structure (Fig. 6 A), females of N. densipilosus resemble those of the Afrotropical species N. incombo Mitroiu, 2015, but differ from them mostly in having higher inserted antennae (Fig. 5 A), a shorter propodeum (Fig. 6 B) and a shorter gaster (Fig. 6 C). Females also are similar to those of N. longifasciatus (Girault, 1914) in having the basal cell and basal fold of the fore wing glabrous, the postmarginal vein shorter than the marginal vein (Fig. 6 A), the scape exceeding the vertex (Figs 5 A, B), and in the absence of scrobes (Fig. 6 B). Females can be separated from those of the latter species by the POL being as long as the OOL (Fig. 5 B) vs POL shorter than OOL, the distance from the toruli to the clypeal margin 1.7 × the distance from the toruli to the median ocellus (Fig. 5 A) vs 3 × distance (Xiao & Huang 2005: fig. 1), and the posterior margin of Gt 1 being almost straight, with very slight incisions (Fig. 6 C) vs posterior margin of Gt 1 medially arcuate.	en	Rahmani, Zahra, Rakhshani, Ehsan, Lotfalizdaeh, Hossein, Mokhtari, Azizollah, Mitroiu, Mircea-Dan (2025): Review of Norbanus Walker (Hymenoptera: Pteromalidae) in Iran with the description of four new species. 4C5B92029F4BFFDDFF22F96CDDA2FA91.taxon	diagnosis	Diagnosis. Females of this species are similar to those of the Afrotropical species N. maliarphae Mitroiu, 2015, having the head with coriaceous sculpture (Figs 7 A, B), propodeum with evident postspiracular furrow (Fig. 8 B), postmarginal vein shorter than marginal vein (Fig. 8 A), and posterior margin of Gt 1 conspicuously double-incised (Fig. 8 C). Females are separated from those of the latter species by the basal cell and basal fold being setose and the presence of a very small speculum (Fig. 8 A) vs basal cell and basal fold mostly glabrous and with large speculum (Mitroiu 2015: fig. 136), as well as a lower insertion of the antennae (Figs 7 A, C) vs toruli not closer to clypeal margin than median ocellus, clearly above lower eyes margins (Mitroiu 2015: fig. 133).	en	Rahmani, Zahra, Rakhshani, Ehsan, Lotfalizdaeh, Hossein, Mokhtari, Azizollah, Mitroiu, Mircea-Dan (2025): Review of Norbanus Walker (Hymenoptera: Pteromalidae) in Iran with the description of four new species.
