Body length (including tegmina): ♂, 6.5 mm. head width: 1.94 mm; crown length × width: 0.80 × 0.70 mm; eye width: 0.65 mm; pronotum length × width: 0.65 × 2.10 mm; mesonotum length: 1.25 mm. female, unknown. Coloration. Ground coloration orange. Crown dull yellow with symmetrical black spots, eyes transparent (Fig. 3 A). Face black, with numerous indistinct yellow spots (Fig. 3 B). Scutellum black, margin yellow (Fig. 3 B). Forewing reddish-brown, with numerous yellow patches, venation black with orange spots; appendix yellowish-green (Fig. 3 A – D). Morphology. External features as in generic description. Male genitalia. Male pygofer abruptly narrowed postero-dorsally in lateral view, apex with a pair distinguish uniform and slender processes on dorsal margin (Fig. 3 E – F). Connective small (Fig. 3 G). Style long, base expanded (Fig. 3 H). Subgenital with numerous slender setae from middle to subapex (Fig. 3 I).
