Holotype: CHINA • ♀; Anhui, Huangshan Mountain; 8.VII.2024; Wen-Di Zhang leg.; No. 202403451 . Paratype: CHINA • 1♀; Anhui, Huangshan Mountain; 8.VII.2024; Wen-Di Zhang leg.; No. 202402463 .</p><p>Description. Female (Fig. 1) holotype. Body length 5.7 mm, fore wing length 3.7 mm.</p><p>Head. Antenna with 32 flagellomeres; first flagellomere ca. 4.1× as long as wide, second flagellomere 3.0× as long as wide. Face and clypeus (Fig. 2E) granulose, except rim of clypeus apical smooth and polished, apical margin of clypeus arched. Malar space granulose, ca. 0.9× basal width of mandible. Upper tooth of mandible equal to the length of lower tooth, without lamella. Frons granulose and without median carina. Vertex (Fig. 2F) granulose. Interocellar region (Fig. 2F) granulose. Interocellar distance 0.9× ocello-ocular distance and 2.0× distance between median and lateral ocelli; distance between lateral ocelli and eyes ca. 1.6 × as long as diameter of ocellus. Temple matte, swollen behind eyes, ca. 0.7× as long as eyes in lateral view, 0.5× as long as eyes in dorsal view. Occipital carina evenly arched, reaching hypostomal carina before mandible base.</p><p>Mesosoma. Pronotum granulose dorsally and trans-rugulose ventrally. Mesoscutum (Fig. 2G) granulose, notauli absent. Scutellum and metanotum granulose. Mesopleuron (Fig. 2B) granulose, transversely striate below tegula, speculum smooth and shiny. Metapleuron granulose. Propodeum (Fig. 2C) granulose; area basalis confluent with area superomedia, and confluent with area petiolaris; lateromedian longitudinal carinae indistinct; lateral longitudinal carina indistinct; costulae and posterior transvers carina weakly present; spiracle rounded.</p><p>Wing. Fore wing (Fig. 2A) areolet present emitting vein 2m-cu from its distal half, without stalk. Marginal cell short, vein RS ca. 1.7× longer than vein 2r&amp;RS. Vein 1cu-a opposite of M&amp;RS. Lower external angle of second discal cell vertical. Hind wing with CU&amp;cu-a slightly inclivous, intercepted at lower 0.3.</p><p>Legs. Hind femur 4.1× longer than wide. Inner spur of hind tibia ca. 0.33× as long as first tarsomere of hind tarsus. Tarsal claws weakly pectinate basally.</p><p>Metasoma. First segment (Fig. 2H) without glymma, ca. 3.3× longer than width of postpetiole; petiole ca. 1.4× longer than postpetiole. Second tergite ca. 0.8× longer than first tergite, 1.4× longer than its apical width; thyridium oval, its distance from basal margin of tergite ca. 1.2× its length. Third tergite as long as its apical width. Sixth and seventh tergites without a deep emargination dorso-medially. Ovipositor (Fig. 2D) thin, 1.5× longer than hind tibia; ovipositor sheath 0.8× as long as hind tibia.</p><p>Colour. Black. Scape and pedicel blackish; mandible except teeth yellowish brown; tegula yellow; fore and mid legs yellowish brown, apical tarsomere brown; hind coxa black, femur yellowish brown, basal 0.7 of hind tibia whitish yellow, tibia apically and tarsus blackish brown; metasoma entirely black.</p><p>Males. Unknown.</p><p>Distribution. China (Anhui), Eastern Palaearctic Region.</p><p>Etymology. From “kophosa ” (Greek for “dull”), because its’ body largely matte.</p><p>Comparative diagnosis. Body length 6.0 mm, fore wing length 4.4 mm.</p><p>Head. Antenna with 38 flagellomeres; first flagellomere ca. 5.1× longer than wide, second flagellomere ca. 4.4× longer than wide. Face (Fig. 4E) granulose. Clypeus (Fig. 4E) nearly smooth, with sparse small and shallow punctures, apical margin arched. Malar space granulose, ca. 0.6× basal width of mandible. Upper tooth of mandible equal to the length of lower tooth, with lamella very weak. Frons granulose, without median carina. Vertex (Fig. 4F) granulose. Interocellar region granulose. Interocellar distance 0.4× ocello-ocular distance and 1.0× distance between median and lateral ocelli; distance between lateral ocellus and eye ca. 1.1 × as long as diameter of ocellus. Temple subpolished, swollen behind eyes, ca. 0.65× as long as eyes in lateral view, 0.6× as long as eyes in dorsal view. Occipital carina evenly arched, reaching hypostomal carina at mandible base.</p><p>Mesosoma. Pronotum granulose. Mesoscutum (Fig. 4G) granulose, notauli absent, lateral-anteriorly inclined. Scutellum and metanotum granulose. Mesopleuron (Fig. 4B) granulose with small and sparse punctures, weakly transversely striate below tegula, speculum smooth and shiny. Metapleuron (Fig. 4B) granulose. Propodeum (Fig. 4C) granulose; area basalis confluent with area superomedia, lateromedian longitudinal carina absent at base and medially of propodeum, suddenly narrowed between the area basalis and superomedia, but not merge; posterior transverse carina gradually stronger and wider laterally; area superomedia narrow; costulae and lateral longitudinal carinae absent; spiracle rounded.</p><p>Wing. Fore wing (Fig. 4A) areolet present emitting vein 2m-cu from its distal half, with a short stalk. Marginal cell short, vein RS ca. 2.3× longer than vein 2r&amp;RS. Vein 1cu-a opposite of M&amp;RS. Lower external angles of second discal cell acute (60°). Hind wing with CU&amp;cu-a vertical, not intercepted.</p><p>Legs. Hind femur 4.9× longer than wide. Inner spur of hind tibia ca. 0.45× as long as first tarsomere of hind tarsus. Tarsal claws not pectinate.</p><p>Metasoma. First segment (Fig. 4H) without glymma, ca. 4.2× longer than width of postpetiole; petiole ca. 1.7× longer than postpetiole. Second tergite ca. 1.3× longer than first tergite, 2.3× longer than its apical width; thyridium oval, its distance from basal margin of tergite ca. 3.0× its length. Third tergite 2.2× its apical width. Sixth and seventh tergites without a deep emargination dorso-medially. Ovipositor (Fig. 4D) very long and thin, 3.3× longer than hind tibia, with a subapical notch on upper valve, sinuated apically; ovipositor sheath 2.2× longer than hind tibia.</p><p>Colour. Black. Scape and pedicel blackish brown, mandible except teeth and tegula yellow; fore and mid legs yellowish brown, apical tarsomere blackish brown; hind leg trochanter apically, trochantellus and tibia medially yellowish brown, remainder of hind leg blackish brown; metasoma entirely black.</p><p>Male. Unknown.</p><p>Distribution. China (Sichuan), Oriental Region.</p><p>Etymology. From “petila ” (Greek for “slender”), because of its’ slender body.</p><p>Comparative diagnosis.
