Diagnosis: — Differs from Limacella delicata by its dry and striated pileus, easy-off pileipellis, nearly smooth stipe and lacking universal veils. Holotype: — CHINA. Shanxi Province: Qi County, Changyuan River Wetland Park, on the ground near to Pinus tabuliformis and Populus sp., 16 July 2022, collected by J. Z. Cao CF 1269 (BJTC FM 2606). Description: — Basidiomata medium. Pileus 83 – 93 mm diam, dry, convex to plano-convex when younger, edge upwarped at maturity, with a broad umbo, with distinct striate reaching half of the pileus, reddish brown (# c 05925) to brown (# 86584 b) at centre, gradually transitioning to white (# ffffff) and then to pale yellow (# fafafa) towards the edges, surface dry when drying; pileipellis easily peeling off from trama; trama white. Lamellae free, crowded, white (# ffffff) to yellow (# fff 2 eb), lamellulae 1 – 2 tiers. Stipe 81 – 90 × 9 – 10 mm diam, subcylindrical, light brown (# e 4 d 4 cc) to reddish brown (# b 07539), smooth or covered with a few of fibrous substance. Annulus absent. Basidiospores [60 / 2 / 2] (3.5 –) 4 – 5 (– 6) × (3 –) 4 – 5 μm, Q = 1.0 – 1.3, Q m = 1.15 ± 0.15, globose to subglobose, sometimes broadly ellipsoid, inamyloid, non-dextrinoid, colorless, hyaline, slightly thick-walled, (≤ 0.5 μm thick), smooth; guttulate, apiculus distinct. Basidia 20 – 35 (– 42) × 5 – 9 μm, clavate, colorless, hyaline, 4 - spored; sterigmata 1 – 3 cm long, with clamp at basal septa. Lamellar trama bilateral. Mediostratum 25 – 37.5 μm wide, composed of hyphae arranged longitudinally. Lateral stratum composed of abundant inflated cells (60 – 150 × 10 – 27.5 μm) and filamentous hyphae (2.5 – 10 μm wide), diverging at a certain angle to the mediostratum. Subhymenium 37.5 - 50 μm thick, consisting of 2 – 3 layers of globose, subglobose, or irregular cells. Pleurocystidia and cheilocystidia absent. Pileipellis 70 – 120 μm thick, an ixotrichoderm composed of filamentous hyphae 3 – 6 μm in width, hyphae nearly cylindrical, smooth. Stipitipellis comprised of longitudinally arranged hyphae 2 – 4 μm in width, pale yellow (# f 2 eddf) to brown (# 9 a 7 a 1 f). Stipe trama composed of filamentous hyphae 2.5 – 10 μm in width, with numerous branches, colorless, hyaline; inflated cells present (100 – 150 × 17.5 – 37.5 μm). Clamps present. Habitat: — On ground in small groups in urban park, near to Pinus tabuliformis. and Populus sp. Distribution: — Only known from Shanxi Province, northern China. Mediostratum 30 – 50 μm wide, composed of abundant subfusiform, ellipsoid to clavate inflated cells (25 – 95 × 10 – 30 μm); filamentous hyphae abundant, 3 – 8 μm wide. Lateral stratum composed of abundant subfusiform to ellipsoid inflated cells (25 – 50 × 8 – 12 μm), filamentous hyphae abundant, 4 – 6 μm wide. Subhymenium 25 – 40 μm thick, with 2 – 3 layers of subglobose to ellipsoid or irregular cells (10 – 25 × 7 – 12 μm), sometimes mixed with barely inflated elements 2 – 5 μm in diam. Pleurocystidia and cheilocystidia absent. Pileipellis 75 – 125 μm thick, an ixotrichodermium composed of vertically arranged, more or less inflated, subglobose, ellipsoid to clavate, thin-walled cells (20 – 50 × 6 – 13 μm) in chains, with upwards attenuate terminal cells. Annulus composed of radially arranged cells: abundant inflated cells subglobose to ellipsoid, 10 – 35 × 8 – 18 μm, hyaline, thin-walled; abundant filamentous hyphae 4 – 8 (– 10) μm, hyaline, thin-walled. Clamps present.
