03D687E3FFBAFF8AFF49796C91C4FB85.taxon	description	Male (Fig. 1). Body length 3.6 - 4.0 mm. Wings macropterous. Forewing length 4.6 - 4.8 mm, hindwing length 4.0 - 4.1 mm. Body generally dark brown. Head rounded, slightly wider than pronotum; compound eyes dark. Pronotum evenly dark, trapezoidal, corners obtuse. Wings (Fig. 2) membrane subhyaline with pale areas, veins brown, R vein slightly curved at its divergence with Rs. Abdominal pigmentation dark brown, terga 1 - 8 with median portion pale brown. Terminalia. Terga 7 through 9 each with shallow indentation and narrow sclerotized band at anterior margins (Fig. 3). Tergum 9 with a medial, slightly elevated posteromedial lobe, forming a darkly sclerotized heart-shaped marking. Sternum 9 (Fig. 6) with tongue-shaped vesicle, covered by dense hairs; subgenital plate trapezoidal, wide basally and gradually tapering toward tip. Tergum 10 (Fig. 3) strongly sclerotized at anterior margin, with a deep quadrate indentation. Cercus slender, 13 segmented, each distal portion enlarged with long hairs (Fig. 8). Epiproct (Figs. 5 & 7) nearly triangular and bifurcate, slightly constricted at base with a knob at basolateral corner (Fig. 9), elevated medially (Fig. 10), then distinctly sloping down apically in lateral view, apex slightly swollen with many pits (Fig. 11). Female. Body length 3.8 - 4.0 mm. Forewing length 5.5 - 5.7 mm, hindwing length 4.5 - 4.6 mm. Sterna 5 - 7 with posteromedian margin sclerotized. 03D687E3FFBAFF8AFF49796C91C4FB85.taxon	discussion	Remarks. The new species belongs to the C. cordata species group sensu Zhiltzova (2003). It is related to C. cordata from Tibet and C. qilianshana from Guansu in having a similar epiproct and a posteromedial marking on tergum 9, but may be easily separated from them by the nearly triangular and bifurcate apex. Both C. cordata and C. qilianshana have an elongate entire epiproct.
