Specimens examined. 3♂, 2♀ Asir, Maraba, Al-Hudaithy Fruit Farm , 1.ii.2012, sweeping cultivation under palms, J.C. Deeming, H.A. Dawah ( CERS; NMWC; KSU) .
Distribution. This species was previously recorded from Saudi Arabia by Deeming & Al-Dhafer (2012). It was described from Ethiopia and further recorded from South Africa, Sudan, widespread eastern and southern Africa ( Sabrosky 1980; Deeming & Al-Dhafer 2012).
