Diversity and distribution. This genus includes 20 species and one subspecies (Lelej 2005; Okayasu et al. 2021b). Most species are distributed in Southeast Asia. Two species also reach the Palaearctic part of China and two species are known each from a single locality in India ( Terine et al. 2021, 2024).
Remarks. This genus was recently reviewed by Okayasu et al. (2021b) based on the female morphology. Many species are known only from the female and a few males are named, but no species-level sex associations have yet been discovered.
