Material examined. 5♂. Vietnam: DONG NAI: Cat Tien Natl. Park, ca. 1 km along trail to Crocodile Lake , 120 m, 26–31.VIII.1998, B. Hubley leg., ROM 982014 [1♂ ROM] ; BA RIA-VUNG TAU: Xuyen Moc, Binh Chau , 4–5.I.2002, K. Okajima leg., Malaise trap [4♂ TUA] .
Identification source. Keyed using Zhou et al. (2017) and compared with the original description.
Previous record. None.
Distribution. China. Vietnam *: Dong Nai, Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
Occurrence in Vietnam. January, August. Southern Vietnam lowland dry forests and Southeast Indochina dry evergreen forests ecoregions. 120 m alt.
Sex association. Female unknown.
Remarks. This species was described from southern China and is newly recorded from Vietnam. No notable variation was detected from the specimens examined herein.
