Hosts. Acanthoscelides aureolus (Horn) complex from seeds of Astragalus canadensis L. ( McDaniel & Boe 1991)*; Acanthoscelides submuticus (Sharp) from seeds of Amorpha fructicosa L. ( Pierce et al. 1912); Acanthoscelides perforates from seeds of Astragalus canadensis L.; Amblycerus robiniae (Fabricius) in pods of Gleditsia triacanthos , and Gleditsia aquatica ( Pierce et al. 1912) ; Bruchus brachialis (Fahraeus) in Vicia villosa ( Bridwell & Bottimer 1933) ; Mimosestes nubigens (Motschulsky) in pods of Vachellia farnesiana ( Pierce et al. 1912) .

NEARCTIC: Canada ( Ontario), United States of America ( Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin). NEOTROPICAL: Mexico, Peru.
