Diagnosis. Hypotrabala lunda differs from:
1) H. neavei by lighter colored forewing with less intense dark speckles (compare Figs 10–15 View Figures 10–15 and 2–9 View Figures 2–9 ), medially narrower tegumen, longer socius, narrower valva, lack of apical plate on vesica, longer arcuate processes of the eighth sternite instead of short parallel ones (compare Figs 31– 34 and 27–30 View Figures 27–32 View Figures 33–35 );
2) H. liviae sp. n. by more intense dark speckles (compare Figs 10, 13–15 View Figures 10–15 and 16–17 View Figures 16–24 ), longer arcuate processes of the eighth sternite instead of short straight ones (compare Figs 31–34 View Figures 27–32 View Figures 33–35 and 41–42 View Figures 40–42 );
3) H. pearlae sp. n. by less vivid orange coloration of forewings with more intense dark speckles (compare Figs 10, 13–15 View Figures 10–15 and 18 View Figures 16–24 ), wider socius, narrower and more curved valva, lack of apical plate on vesica, longer arcuate processes of the eighth sternite instead of straight ones (compare Figs 31–34 View Figures 27–32 View Figures 33–35 and 40 View Figures 40–42 );
4) H. maryannae sp. n. by varying background color of male forewing (compare Figs 10, 13–15 View Figures 10–15 and 19–20, 22–23 View Figures 16–24 ) and more contrastingly colored female forewing (compare Figs 11–12 View Figures 10–15 and 21, 24 View Figures 16–24 ), overall larger clasping apparatus, longer socius and valva, about twice longer processes of eighth sternite (compare Figs 31–34 View Figures 27–32 View Figures 33–35 and 43–46 View Figures 43–46 ), smaller sterigma with narrower lateral arms, larger signum (compare Figs 36–37 and 38–39 View Figures 36–39 ).
