Lamellae free, crowded, white to cream. Stipe 70–110 × 4–8 mm, subcylindric, dirty white, glabrous, viscid; context white; stipe base subcylindrical to attenuate downwards, barely enlarged. Annulus strongly viscid.

Basidiospores 4.0–5.0 × 3.5–4.0 μm, Q = 1.12–1.34, Q m = 1.13 ± 0.08, broadly ellipsoid to subovoid, inamyloid, non-dextrinoid, colorless, hyaline, thinwalled, surface covered with minute verrucae. Basidia 25–30 × 6–7 μm, clavate, 4-spored; sterigmata 3–4 μm long. Lamellar trama bilateral. Mediostratum 25–50 μm wide, composed of abundant ellipsoid to clavate inflated cells (30–100 × 15–25 μm); filamentous hyphae abundant, 3–13 μm wide. Lateral stratum composed of abundant ellipsoid to clavate inflated cells (25–70 × 10–25 μm); filamentous hyphae abundant, 2–13 μm wide. Subhymenium 25–40 μm thick, with 2–3 layers of subglobose, ovoid, fusiform to ellipsoid or irregular cells (8–20 × 5–20 μm). Pleurocystidia and cheilocystidia absent. Pileipellis 60–100 μm thick, an ixotrichodermium composed of vertically arranged filamentous hyphae; terminal cells cylindrical to narrowly clavate, 35–50 × 2.5–5 μm. Clamps present.
