TL: Manpuri [probably Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh]
= Timora flavia Hampson, 1903: 113 , pl. 58, f. 9 (TL: Belgaum ( Karnataka, India))
Distribution. India: Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan (Ajmer), Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh ( Moore 1881, Seymour 1972). Global: Nepal ( Yoshimoto 1994).
Remark: Worldwide two subspecies and both are found in India. Timora r. radiata ( Moore, 1881) is distributed more towards Northwest India and Nepal, while, T. r. terracotta ( Hampson, 1891) (TL: Nilgiris) is spread across Central Himalaya and Southern India.
