LOCALITÉ TYPE. — Brésil (Walker 1855).

RÉPARTITION GÉOGRAPHIQUE. — Espèce très largement répandue en Amérique du Sud ( Lemaire 2002).

DISTRIBUTION EN GUYANE. — Connu des trois zones biogéographiques.

HABITAT EN GUYANE. — Forêt primaire.
