Geographical distribution. This species is known from Mexico (Sinaloa, Oaxaca), Honduras, Nicaragua, Venezuela (Sucre, Aragua), Colombia (Cundinamarca, Meta, and Tolima), Brazil (Rondônia, Pará, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Piauí, Goiás, Bahia, Minas Gerais, São Paulo), Bolivia (Santa Cruz, Tarija), and Paraguay (Concepción, Guairá, San Pedro). New department records from La Guajira and Magdalena ( Colombia) are added.
