Caenoplana View in CoL ‘brown striped’

External diagnosis. Body broad, somewhat flat, and very long, with parallel margins. Dorsal color cream yellow with a median brown band with a dark reddish-brown paramedian line on each side. Externally to the paramedian lines is a cream-yellow band of the background color, about half the width of the median brown band. This lateral band is followed by a dark reddish-brown paramarginal line. The margins of the body have a slight brownish tinge immediately outside the paramarginal lines, but it quickly fades into the cream yellow background color. The anterior end has a reddish or dark tinge ( Figure 29d View FIGURE 29 ).

Remarks. This species has been assigned to the genus Caenoplana by Dr. Leigh Winsor on iNaturalist, but there are no published studies dealing with this species until now.
