Type: MALAYSIA. Sarawak, Gading , xii 1866, Beccari PB 2452 (lectotype FI [ FI013176 ], designated by Burtt, Notes Roy. Bot. Gard. Edinburgh 30: 39 (1970); isolectotype K [K000831537]). Figure 1D View Figure 1 .

Cyrtandra producta Kraenzl., Mitt. Inst. Allg. Bot. Hamburg View in CoL 7: 95 (1927). – Type: INDONESIA. West Borneo [West Kalimantan], Bukit Raja [Raya], Hans Winkler 968 (lectotype HBG (2 sheets) [HBG-517438, HBG-517439], designated by Bramley, Blumea 50: 183 (2005); isolectotypes BO [BO-1257714], E [E00062529]).

Distribution. Sarawak, Kalimantan ( Clarke, 1883; Burtt, 1970; Bramley, 2005).

Notes. Cyrtandra trisepala was lectotypified by Burtt (1970), who also cited additional specimens and made some morphological observations. An updated description, distribution map, discussion of diagnostic characters, and synonymy were provided by Bramley (2005).

The specimens cited under Cyrtandra trisepala in Beaman et al. (2001) from Mount Kinabalu are now considered C. fulvisericea ( Bramley, 2005) .
