Distribution. Sarawak ( Burtt, 1978).

Notes. Some discussion of the habitat of this species and an illustration of the flowers and fruits was given in Burtt (1978).

Cyrtandra mamillata Hallier f., Bull. Herb. Boissier View in CoL vi: 287 (1898). – Type: INDONESIA.

West Borneo , Lianggagang [Liang Gagang], 29 iii 1894, Hallier B 3003 (lectotype BO [BO-1949281], designated here]; isolectotypes BO [BO-1949280], L [L.2826248], NY [ NY 00312680 ]) .

Distribution. Borneo ( Clarke, 1883; Hallier, 1898); Sarawak, Kalimantan ( Burtt, 1970).

Notes. Cyrtandra mamillata was listed as a synonym by Burtt (1970), along with additional specimens and morphological notes. One of the sheets of Hallier B3003, listed by Boissier in BO, and with flowering and fruiting material in the capsule, is selected here as the lectotype.

Cyrtandra strictipes Kraenzl., Mitt. Inst. Allg. Bot. Hamburg View in CoL 7: 109 (1927); Hilliard, Edinburgh J. Bot. 61: 169 (2005). – Type: INDONESIA. West Borneo [West Kalimantan], auf dem Bukit Raja, 1250 m, 17 xii 1924, Hans Winkler 918 (holotype HBG 2 sheets [HBG-517443, HBG-517444].

Distribution. Kalimantan ( Kraenzlin, 1927; Hilliard, 2005).

Notes. A full description and the morphological affinities of this species were given in Hilliard (2005), along with a diagram of a transverse section of a young fruit.
