Remarks. The original description of the species is based on two specimens collected in Wels ( Austria) by Wessely ( Rosa 1893 b). Based on these, the two specimens in V4995 are most likely the type specimens.

In the catalogue of the collection, V4993 is marked as the type specimen of D. platyura . However, based on the scanty locality data, it cannot be determined with certainty whether this is indeed the type specimen. On the other hand, the re-examination of this specimen by Zicsi (1965) and the Author clearly revelaed that it belongs to the species D. depressa instead of D. platyura .
