Distribution: western and southern Europe to Bulgaria, Caucasus and the Crimean Peninsula ( Schütt, 2005), Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, Liechtenstein, Slovenia, Spain and Switzerland ( Páll-Gergely, 2011).
Remarks. Most likely the definition is incorrect and the find by Aliyev, 1973 refers to the species Chondrina arcadica (Reinhardt, 1881) .
