Nesting. The specimens of W. ( C.) algoensis View in CoL in the Albany Museum are from coastal bush, Port Elizabeth, Kentonon-Sea and from coastal dunes at Riet River Mouth. None of the specimens were from snail shells, however, it seems likely that this species, like W. ( C.) elizabethae View in CoL , nests in snail shells.
