Distribution. Vietnam, widely distributed in New Guinea and Pacific Islands ( Schuh 2002 –2013, Chérot et al. 2017; Chérot, 2018).
Hosts. Artocarpus altilis ( Moraceae ), A. incisa ( Moraceae ), Solanaceae spp. ( Carvalho & Wallerstein 1976; Eyles 2000).
