DVO RAN, Vladivostok).

NOTES. This taxon has been described as a subspecies of M. pulvera (Walker,

1948) (Pashtshenko, 1998). However, a comparison of former with M. pulvera

( Table 1) showed the presence of a number of differences between them in the ratio of the siphunculi to the body (0.10–0.11 vs. 0.13–0.17) and the cauda (0.7–0.8

compared to 0.80–0.95), the ultimate rostral segment and the second segment of the hind tarsus (1.0–1.1 and 0.85–0.95), the processus terminalis to the base of the 6th

antennal segment (2.5–2.9 against 3.0–3.5). I supposed that based on the above differences M. khinganica deserves the species status.
