Taxonomic notes. Described originally as a species of Korynia View in CoL , it was then cited rarely, also under Tomotaenia ( Korynia View in CoL ) by Crabill (1954a). It is assigned here to Strigamia View in CoL for the first time ( new combination), because it shares all major diagnostic features of this genus (see above under “Notes on synonymies”). Distribution: known from a single locality in central Texas.
