( Figures 92–94 View FIGURE 92 View FIGURE 93 View FIGURE 94 )

Descriptions. Measurements. Body length including forewing: male 4.1–4.4 mm (N = 3), female 4.7–4.8 mm (N = 3); forewing length: male 3.4–3.5 mm (N = 3), female 3.9–4.1 mm (N = 3).

Coloration. General coloration black. Ocelli reddish brown, eyes brown. Antennae with one milky spot at apex of second segment. Clypeus milky. Vertex with two milky spots at posterior margin near eyes. Forewing with a small milky spot at the middle of posterior margin and a narrow slightly milky stripe at apical third of anterior margin.

Head and thorax. Vertex shorter in middle line than width. Frons 0.9 times shorter in middle line than widest part. Frons median carina raised and flatted. Pronotum as long as vertex. Mesonotum as long as vertex and pronotum together in middle line. Forewing longer in middle line than broad at widest part (3.7:1); ScP with two branches; R single; MP and CuA with two branches; Pcu uniting A1 at basal 2/3 of clavus. Hindwing with length 1.8 times than broad at widest part, ScP and RP single, M and CuA with 2 branches. Legs relatively long, hind tibia with single lateral spine medially and with 5 apical spines.

Male genitalia. Anal segment in dorsal view with length 1.1 times as long as widest part, widest part at apical third; in lateral view dorsal margin slightly concave in the middle, ventral margin broadly concave. Pygofer in lateral view with posterior margin roundly convex at upper half, base slightly convex; in posterior view nearly oval, with length 1.7 times as long as widest part; in ventral view with small medioventral process at the middle of posterior margin, anterior margin nearly straight. Genital style elongate, the narrowest end, dorsal margin slightly concave. Aedeagus in lateral view simple, apical third strongly curved dorsally. Connective in lateral view straight, fused with aedeagus.

Female genitalia. Anal segment short and small; anal pore located distal half. Abdominal sternite VII broad and large, posterior margin roundly convex; behind the posterior margin with two small oval processes. Gonapophysis VIII elongate, with six spines at apical margin. Gonapophysis IX with two symmetrical lobes, each lobe with many spines at dorsal margin. Gonoplac broad and large.

Host plant. Bamboo.

Distribution. Southwestern China ( Yunnan Province).

Type material. Holotype: ♂, China: Yunnan Province, Mengla County, Mohan Town ( 21°46’N, 101°56’E), on bamboo, 2017-IX-2, Nian Gong ; paratypes: 1♂ 2♀♀, data same as holotype; 2♂♂ 5♀♀, China: Yunnan Province, Ruili County , outside the botanical garden ( 24°N, 97°85’E), on bamboo, 2018-VIII-23, Hong-Xing Li and Nian Gong. Etymology. The specific name is derived from the English words “maculatus ” which refer to its forewings with a spot in repose.

Remarks. This new species is similar to A. albosignatum Emeljanov, 2013 , but differs in: 1) frons with median carina raised and flattened (frons with median carina normally in A. albosignatum ); 2) pygofer in lateral view with posterior margin upper half round (pygofer in lateral view with posterior margin middle round in A. albosignatum ); 3) aedeagus simple (aedeagus complex in A. albosignatum )
