CPPLIP-1024, cervical vertebra ( Salgado & Carvalho, 2008; Silva Junior et al., 2019; Aureliano et al., 2020a).
The posterior portion of the neural arch is fragmented but the anterior part is well preserved. There are deep fossae and well-defined laminae. CT scan slices demonstrate a complex architecture of thin camellate tissue. A cross-section of the prezygapophysis reveals that camellae consist of pneumosteal bone tissue ( Fig. 3 View Figure 3 D-F). No Sharpey’s fibres were detected.
