Diagnosis
Shell relatively bigger than in the other Belgrandiella , ovate-conic, broad and thickset, whorls tumid, body whorl massive, broad, its outline in breadth almost exceeds the outer lip in some specimens, aperture widely ovoid or elliptical, operculum yellowish-reddish.
Type material
Type locality: Močilnik Spring, the main source of the Ljubljanica river , near the road Ljubljana-Postojna, Slovenia .
Distribution
Endemic to Slovenia.
