Oliveira on 10 November 1964 at Sooretama Biological Reserve ( 19°03'24"S, 40°08'51"W [approximate]; 60 m asl [approximate]), Municipality of Sooretama [formerly Municipality of Linhares], State of Espírito Santo, Brazil. Paratypes. AMNH 97205 About AMNH , FMNH 264973 .

Remarks. The paratype FMNH 264973 was first catalogued in the Carl Gans personal collection (CG 3207) and then transferred to FMNH. No tissue samples available.
