Distribution: Neotropical – Argentina (Buenos Aires).
Type material examined: Holotype ɗ of Blaesoxipha ( Acanthodotheca) diloboderi Pape, Norberto de la Riestra, Veinticinco de Mayo, Buenos Aires, 13.X.1961 ( MACN).
Remarks: This species was described on the basis of the terminalia from a single teneral male ( Pape 1994). It is not included in the key above. The female is unknown.
Biology: Host: Coleoptera , Scarabaeidae : Diloboderus abderus (Sturm) ( Pape 1994; Crouzel 1964, as Helicobiella sanchezi ).
