Glaucescent, strongly smelling annual 20-50 cm. Leaves 3- to 4-pinnate with filiform,

mucronate lobes. Rays 15-30, unequal. Bracts and bracteoles absent. Fruit 5-6 mm, dark brown with a pale wing.
