Leaves 3 or 4 in a rosette, 2-6 cm, wider than long, reniform, glabrous; petiole 2-6 cm, slender. Stipules 5-7 mm, ovate-lanceolate, entire or denticulate, free. Peduncles 4-15 cm; bracts at or below the middle. Flowers 1-1-5 cm, pale lilac, not fragrant. Sepals ovate, obtuse. Spur blunt, pale lilac. Capsule glabrous. Bogs and marshes.
