Shrub or small tree. Leaves (3-)4- 7(-10) x 3-6-5 cm, usually broadly obovate or suborbicular, with 4-7 pairs of veins, distally with shallow lobes and coarsely toothed, lobes acute or obtuse, densely and thickly whitetomentose beneath.
