Plant with a dense, soft pubescence; stem 30-40 cm, erect. Basal leaves pinnate, with 2-3 pairs of small leaflets; terminal leaflet 5-6 cm, orbicular, subcordate, crenate; cauline leaves 3-partite. Stipules 1-2 cm, deeply cut. Inflorescence 3- to 5-flowered; flowers erect. Petals 10—12 mm, elliptical, patent, pale yellow; carpophore absent. Achenes less than 6 mm, numerous, with short, glandular rostrum. 2n = 42. • Balkan peninsula; C. & S. Italy. Al Bu G r It Ju?Sa.
