Distribution: India: Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal.
Elsewhere: Australia, Bangladesh, Borneo, China, Formosa, Hainan, Indo-China, Japan, Java, Kuala Lumpur, Myanmar, Nepal, New Guinea, Pakistan, Philippines, Selangor, Singapore, Solomon Island, Sri Lanka, South and East Asia, Thailand, Tibet and Tonkin.
