Distribution: India: Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Diu, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Tripura, Uttarakhand and West Bengal.
Elsewhere: Africa, Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Java, Malaysia, Nepal, New Guinea, Philippines and Sierra Leone.
Remarks: This species is first time reported from Goa
