Notes. Despite the wide distribution within the Palearctic, in Ukraine B. fallax is very localized and rare. In Great Britain, this species is listed as a Priority Species under the UK Biodiversity Action Plan and qualifies as Critically Endangered ( Stubbs & Falk, 2002; Ball & Morris, 2014). There are indications that B. fallax is also declining in Europe ( Ball & Morris, 2014).
