o Hulley (1981): …taken between 41°46'S and 51°05'S, east of 50°W, but is latitudinally more broadly distributed west of 50°W. The northern limit at 35°13'S, 52°24'W may be associated with the northern displacement of the Subtropical Convergence in this region, while the southern limit at 56°55'S, 55°00'W corresponds to the position of the observed Antarctic Convergence … possesses a true subantarctic distribution pattern.
