Range: — Guyana, Andes from Colombia ( León-Parra 2012) and Venezuela to Bolivia (LP).
Ecology: —Rare, known from six Bolivian collections; epiphytic and saxicolous, in humid forests; 1100–2100 m.
Notes: —This species is probably mostly closely related to C. pearcei and differs mainly by its smaller, narrower blades, mostly 1–2 cm times longer than wide ( vs. 3–7 times longer than wide).
