Diagnosis. Ochraceous, crown with one transverse pale orange yellow spot. Pygofer processes thin and long crossing each other both at base and at apex mesally. Style apex not widened. Aedeagus with well developed long preatrium, dorsal apodeme well developed, aedeagus short and broad basally, curved dorsally, with pair of short subapical processes.
Description. Ochraceous, crown with transverse pale orange yellow spot on either side of median line. Pronotum and forewings immaculate. Form as in generic diagnosis.
Male genitalia. Pygofer about as long as height in lateral view, posteriorly conically rounded; ventral processes thin, long overlapping mesally both at base and at apex. Style with apophysis of uniform width, apex obliquely truncate. Aedeagus with long preatrium, dorsal apodeme well-developed, shaft broad proximally, slightly narrowed in mid region, apical 0.3 broader, slightly curved ventrally, with short subapical lateral spine-like processes.
Measurements. Male 4.3 mm long and 1.0 mm wide across eyes.
Material examined. SRI LANKA: HOLOTYPE ♂, CEYLON: Hambantota, 25.xi.07, T.B. F[letcher] ( BMNH).
Etymology. The specific epithet is the Latin adjective bispinosus, a-, -um (= having two spines), referring to the subapical pair of short spine-like processes.
