Geographic & bathymetric distribution. Gulf of Mexico, Venezuela, Suriname ( Blanco Rambla et al. 1994); 530–900 m depth ( Felder et al. 2009).
Remarks. Records for Venezuela: Los Testigos Archipelago, 420–475 m depth ( Blanco Rambla et al. 1994).
