Nycteris hispida (Schreber, 1775) View in CoL

This species was previously recorded from Zouguépo, Guinean Nimba ( Aellen, 1963). During this survey, it was recorded sparsely in open savanna on the Liberian side of the mountain. This species was easily identifiable by its trifid upper incisors and short ears ( 21 mm in DM 12611).
