Examined material. BRAZIL: Pernambuco , Bonito, Cachoeira Véu da Noiva , 24.iii.2015, UV Light Pan Trap , Calor, A.R.; Dias, E. & Campos, R., 2 males (alcohol; UFBA) .
Distribution. Brazil ( Bahia, Pernambuco).
Remarks. This species belongs to the A. ( Atopsaura) longipennis Group. The specimens studied are similar to those of the original description, except that our specimens here recorded from Pernambuco State, Brazil, have parapods each with a serrate apicodorsal margin and an apicoventral projection.
