Duarte-de-Mélo det. 2023” [white label] 3 ex. [ DZUP 327240–327242]; “ Brasil, Pernambuco,/ Camaragibe, Aldeia, Cond./ Divinópolis, 1-31.x.2021,/ -7.963450°, -35.003673°,/ 100m, Grossi & Parizotto” “ Rhyzobius / lophanthae/ ( Blaisdell, 1892)/ J. Duarte-de-Mélo det. 2023” [white label] 3 ex. [ CERPE 1814–1816].
Comments. This genus has more than one hundred species, having a natural distribution across Africa, Asia, Europe and Australasia ( Tomaszewska 2010). This is the first record of Rhyzobius for Brazil, due to the occurrence of the exotic R. lophantae in NE Brazil.
