Species from the Northeast Region of Brazil. Cyrea sue Canepari & Gordon, 2016; Cyrea maxine Canepari & Gordon, 2016 [ new record] ( Fig. 2 View FIGURES 2–7 ).
Material examined. Cyrea maxine : “ NATAL / R. G. Norte [ Rio Grande do Norte] Brasil / XI.1949 / M.Alvarenga leg.” [partially handwritten white label] “ Cyrea / maxine / Canepari e Gordon, 2016/ J. Duarte-de-Mélo det. 2023” [white label] 1 ex. [ DZUP 190017 View Materials ] .
Comments. Cyrea is represented by 58 species in Brazil, and C. maxine is the second record of Cyrea for NE Brazil ( Canepari et al. 2016).
