TL: India, Odisha [ Orissa], Puri; Bengal, Pusa (presently, in Bihar); Sri Lanka [Ceylon], Peradeniya & Trincomali .

TD: ZSI? ( Clarke 1955 mentioned the type depository as “ The Zoological Survey of India, Kaiser Castle, Banaras Cantt.”, which was then a regional station of ZSI. Presently, the type is likely deposited at ZSI, Kolkata) .

Distribution: In India: Odisha, Bihar, Haryana; Elsewhere: Sri Lanka (Meyrick 1910; Wadhawan & Walia 2006; Das et al. 2020).

Illustrations: Adult habitus, posterior leg (Meyrick 1914: fig. 10, 38).

Host: Ficus benghalensis ( Moraceae ) ( Robinson et al. 2023).
