This group includes five species, E. (En.) delumbis Melander , E. (En.) floricola sp. nov., E. (En.) sphaera sp. nov., E. (En.) spiculata sp. nov. and E. (En.) tripenicillata sp. nov., which are distinguished by the phallus with paired lobes and usually with subapical spiny swelling (e.g., Figs 151 View FIGURES 148–151 , 171, 173 View FIGURES 170–173 ), hypandrium with long setae, subepandrial process present (e.g., Figs 170, 172 View FIGURES 170–173 ) and male hind femur usually with row of thickened posterior preapical setae (e.g., Figs 147 View FIGURES 143–147 , 156 View FIGURES 154–159 ). In addition, males of E. (En.) sphaera sp. nov. produce balloons.
